Biography
Living in Los Angeles for 10 years, Tara Cooper was surrounded my people spanning a wide spectrum of skin tones, face shapes and features. When Tara was a little girl she began to experiment with makeup by practicing on her family and friends. By the age of thirteen, Tara’s talent for makeup became apparent, prompting her to integrate brand name cosmetics such as Stila, Lorac, Clinique, MAC into her makeup sessions. Since Tara was five, she had a paint brush or pastels in her hands; constantly drawing, painting and coloring. Tara’s love of color and art and most of all her desire to beautify others led her to the MKC Beauty Academy to learn the art of print makeup. Being a makeup artist allows Tara to use her expertise to transform men and women into their best. She now specializes in print, bridal, men’s grooming, high fashion, t.v./film, and beauty makeup. Presently, she is pursuing studies in makeup, constantly on the look-out for new trends and techniques, fulfilling her passion for makeup and desire to help others in the process.
